European training courses for staff and teachers / trainers in education and training organisations.
The Erasmus + program presents unique opportunities for staff and teachers / trainers at all levels of education and training to obtain funding and participate in European training courses, where in addition to the concrete learning outcomes, you will have the opportunity to meet people from various countries, share social and intercultural experiences and spend a pleasant week in a foreign country.

For organisations holding an Erasmus Accreditation in VET, school education, adult education and youth

- If you do not have an approved grant, you need to apply for funding
HOW TO APPLY FOR A GRANT
You can apply for a grant from your National Erasmus+ Agency. The next deadline for submission of grant applications is on the 20th of February 2024.
Depending on the sector of your organization (VET provider, school, adult education or youth organization) the mobility grants include:
- Organisational support: 100 euro per participant for courses and training.
- Training Fee: You will receive the support of the training fee, to attend structured training courses of personnel in school education, VET and adult education. It is based on the number of days, 80 euros per participant per day, up to 10 days.
- Support for travel expenses: It is based on the distance from your place to Athens. You can use the distance calculator. Note that if you choose to travel green you can claim a bigger amount.
- Individual support for teachers and staff: Depending on the number of days. For Greece the amount of individual support will range between 95 to 169 euro per day and will be announced by your National Agency.
- Individual support for VET and adult learners. Depending on the number of days. For Greece the amount of individual support will range between 41-110 euro per day and will be announced by your National Agency
- Inclusion support for organisations: For the organisation of mobility activities for participants with fewer opportunities, you can claim 125 euro per participant.
- Inclusion support for participants: For participants with fewer opportunities, you can claim the actual costs for them and their accompanying persons (including costs related to travel and subsistence if a grant for these participants is not requested through budget categories “Travel” and “Individual support”). Inclusion support can also be provided to staff with fewer opportunities taking on the role of accompanying persons or participating in a preparatory visit.
The grant application must be submitted by an eligible organization (higher education institute, school, VET school, VET training center, adult learning organization, etc.). Applications will be submitted to the National Agency of your country.
The procedure for grant application is as follows:
- Register online for the training course of your choice or contact us, if you have specific requests.
- Make sure your organization has an OID number. If you don’t have one you can issue one here.
- Visit the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps page, log in with your EUlogin account and open an application under Erasmus opportunities.
- Fill in the application form. Our consultants are available to provide any assistance to fill in the application form.
- Submit the online application form to your National Agency and wait for the results of the selection.
