It is already July and the first week we hosted 2 parallel trainings in different locations.
This course, the Evaluation and Quality Assurance, took place in Piraeus.
This session was composed by a small group of 5 trainees, 4 from Belgium and 1 from France, all from VET organisations. The Belgian team came with a very clear objective: they are creating a new tool for the evaluation of the internships abroad and they want to start by setting correctly the aims of their project: what is evaluation, what should we evaluate and measure, how should they recognise and validate the progress of the students during and after the vocational training in a foreign country? These are just some of the questions they wanted to answer through their participation in the training. The French trainee wanted to get more skills to design the evaluation process, inside her own organization but also to include it in future european projects.
The learning contents of the training were quality assurance policies, frameworks and standards, design of the evaluation framework, data collection, analysis and use of evaluation results.
We are always very happy to receive such good evaluation for the training and we are looking forward to learning how the trainees implemented the newly acquired knowledge in their projects.
Thank you Marijke, Jolanda, Brigitta, Stijn and Anne!
