Scope
The training focuses on the personal growth and wellbeing of teachers, helping them develop emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and self-awareness. When teachers practice these principles themselves, they can model healthy emotional regulation and coping mechanisms for their students. By enhancing emotional intelligence and empathy, teachers can build stronger connections with their students. This fosters a trusting and supportive relationship, enabling better communication and understanding of each student’s individual needs and challenges. Teachers will learn strategies for creating a harmonious and focused classroom atmosphere. Mindfulness practices can help manage classroom dynamics, reduce disruptive behavior, and create a positive learning environment. The training addresses the importance of inclusivity and supporting students with diverse backgrounds and emotional needs.
